Understanding Your Billing Settings

Your Billing page shows your current plan, lead usage, payment method, and invoice history. Here's what you'll find and what you can manage.

How to Access Billing

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left of the side navigation menu.

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Billing in the left sidebar.

My Plan

At the top of the page you'll see your current subscription, including your monthly rate, billing period, and lead limit.

The progress bar shows how many leads you've used out of your current limit for the billing period. Lead limits adjust automatically based on your volume. If you need to make changes to your plan, contact [email protected].

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. In the Billing Information section, click Edit payment method.

  2. Enter your updated card details.

  3. Save your changes.

Your next billing date is shown alongside your current card on file.

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

The Billing History section lists all past invoices with the date, description, and amount. To download an invoice, click the download icon to the right of the invoice row.
