Go to the campaign you want to manage and find the “Repost Leads” section. This is where you set the criteria for which leads will be reposted.
Set the Date Range and Publisher
Choose a date range for the leads you want to repost. You can also select a specific publisher if you want to narrow down which leads get reposted.
Choose Repost Criteria
Select which leads to repost. You can add conditions, such as reposting leads whose “Response Text” contains a certain word. You can also select if you want all, accepted, client rejects, or internal rejects to repost.
Preview the Leads to Repost
Click “Preview Repost” to see how many leads match your criteria. This lets you confirm your settings before proceeding.
Confirm and Repost
After previewing, confirm your repost. Opta will then automate the repost process based on your conditions.
What Happens After Reposting
Reposted leads follow the same campaign filters and rules as new leads. Leads that fail again do not repost automatically. Set up a new repost if you want to try again.
Tracking and Limits
Use “View Repost History” to track repost attempts and results. There is no limit on how many times you can repost a lead. Each repost follows the campaign’s existing logic and rules.
