Managing Your Profile Settings

You can update your display name and password directly from your account settings. Email changes require a quick request to support.

How to Access Profile Settings

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left of the side navigation menu.

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click General in the left sidebar.

  4. Scroll down to the Profile section.

Changing Your Name

  1. In the Profile section, update the Name field.

  2. Click Save.

Your updated name will appear across Opta wherever your identity is displayed.

Changing Your Password

  1. Scroll to the Password section.

  2. Enter your Current Password.

  3. Enter your New Password.

  4. Enter it again in Confirm New Password.

  5. Click Save.

Password requirements:

  • At least 6 characters

  • At least 1 special character

  • At least 1 uppercase letter

  • At least 1 lowercase letter

Changing Your Email

Your login email can't be changed directly in settings. To update it, contact [email protected] with your current email and the new email you'd like to use.
