Opta offers a variety of reports to help you make data-driven decisions to grow your business. In this article, I'll walk through how to use the campaign statistics report.

Campaign statistics

The campaign statistics report provides a comprehensive view of your campaign across multiple key metrics. It allows you to track and compare the effectiveness of different campaigns at a glance.

You can also apply filters and sort columns to slice-and-dice the reporting to find exactly what you're looking for.

Key Metrics Included:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each campaign

  • Campaign Name: The name of each campaign

  • Owner: The person responsible for the campaign

  • Vertical: The industry or type of product/service the campaign is for

  • Advertiser: The company paying you for the leads

  • Leads: Total number of leads generated

  • Accepted: Number of leads accepted

  • Client Reject: Number of leads rejected by the client

  • Internal Reject: Number of leads rejected internally

  • Earned: Revenue earned from the campaign

  • Spent: Amount spent on the campaign

  • CPL: Cost per lead (this is what you're getting paid)

  • PTP: Payout to publisher (this is what you're paying publishers)

If you don't want to include some of these values in your tables, you can edit your columns and remove those metrics.

The campaign statistics report is helping for identifying top-performing campaigns by leads generated or revenue earned. You can easily spot campaigns with high reject rates that may need optimization and understand your profit margin on the leads.

You can also compare campaign performance across different verticals, owners, advertisers, and more.

By selecting "Details," you can export lead data and rejects, view publisher statistics for that campaign, view the campaign insights report, and copy the row with headers to paste into spreadsheets or emails.
