This video explains how to navigate and configure the main reporting sections in Opta:

Campaign Statistics

The Campaign Statistics report shows performance data broken down by campaign, publisher, and date.

Key Features:

  • Adjust the date range (e.g., today, yesterday, last 30 days, custom)

  • Customize breakdowns: campaign by date, campaign by publisher, etc.

  • Modify columns to include relevant metrics

  • Apply filters: by campaign status, vertical, advertiser, or campaign owner

  • Save your view as a default layout, or reset to the original at any time

Reject Reporting

Reject reporting helps you debug delivery issues by breaking down why leads were rejected.

What You’ll See:

  • Campaign, owner, and advertiser details

  • Internal vs. external reject rates

  • Detailed reject reasons with counts and source (e.g., Opta or endpoint)

  • Filter by publisher or reject type to drill down

  • Customize visible columns for your workflow

This report is essential for identifying systemic errors or specific partner issues.

Capping Report

Use the Capping Report to track delivery pacing and enforce lead limits.

View by:

  • Campaign

  • Campaign + Publisher

Key Data Includes:

  • Daily, monthly, and max caps

  • Leads delivered to date within each range

  • Whether caps were hit or remain open

Filters and column customization are available, and you can save your layout as a default view.

This is especially helpful for checking daily delivery against targets and pacing issues.

Publisher Statistics

This report mirrors Campaign Statistics, but with publisher as the primary breakdown.

Features:

  • View leads, accepted/rejected counts, and delivery by publisher

  • Break down by campaign and date

  • Customize columns and filters

  • Analyze how individual publishers are performing across campaigns and timeframes

Use this to assess publisher-level performance and troubleshoot delivery issues at the source.

Summary

Opta reporting helps you track performance, pacing, and delivery quality across campaigns and partners. With flexible breakdowns, customizable views, and in-depth rejection detail, it’s your go-to toolkit for answering, “What’s working—and what’s not?”
